Google Ads introduced a new Policy Summary page, giving advertisers a centralized place to identify, review and manage policy issues affecting their accounts, ads and asset groups.
What’s new
Google has added a Policy Summary page accessible through Admin → Policy → Summary.

The dashboard is divided into two sections:
- Account issues: Displays policy problems affecting the entire Google Ads account.
- Ads and Asset group issues: Lists policy violations affecting individual ads and asset groups, including eligibility status and options to address or dismiss issues.
This gives advertisers a more organized view of policy problems without needing to review individual campaigns separately.
How it works
The new interface allows advertisers to review policy issues alongside relevant performance metrics.
Issues can be sorted by:
- Cost: Identify issues associated with higher advertising spend.
- Conversions: Prioritize problems affecting ads that generate conversions.
- ROAS: Review policy issues alongside return on ad spend performance.
These sorting options can help advertisers decide which problems deserve attention first.
The important detail
The new Policy Summary page doesn’t replace Google’s existing Policy Manager, at least for now. Advertisers can still access the original Policy Manager through Tools → Troubleshooting → Policy Manager.
Why we care
Policy violations can restrict ad eligibility and disrupt campaign delivery. For advertisers managing multiple campaigns or large numbers of assets, identifying affected ads and prioritizing fixes can be time-consuming.
The centralized dashboard could simplify that process by bringing account-level and ad-level issues together. Sorting by conversions or ROAS may be particularly useful for identifying policy problems associated with important revenue-generating campaigns.
The bottom line
Google Ads’ new Policy Summary dashboard gives advertisers a centralized view of account, ad and asset group policy issues, with performance-based sorting to help prioritize reviews. The existing Policy Manager remains available alongside the new interface.
