Personalization Studio targets marketers’ dependence on technical teams. A new pricing model ties email costs more closely to engagement.
Treasure AI today announced Personalization Studio, a marketer-facing user interface that helps teams build, launch, and manage real-time website personalization.
The announcement came at Treasure AI’s Agentic World 2026 conference, where Treasure AI also announced a new engagement-based pricing model that ties pricing directly to performance.
Personalization Studio is powered by Treasure AI’s unified customer data and real-time decisioning. It is part of Treasure AI’s Personalization AI Suite, within the company’s Agentic Experience Platform (AEP).
As the center of gravity in the martech stack shifts toward AI-powered applications and data warehouses, how businesses operationalize their data shifts as well.
Adding standalone personalization tools to the martech stack requires separate integrations, data pipelines, and profile stores, leaving marketers dependent on data and web teams whenever they want to launch or change a campaign.
“You can’t really sit in the data warehouse and do personalization in real time because the data warehouse can’t do real time,” Rafa Flores, chief product officer at Treasure AI, told MarTech ahead of the announcement. “Personalization Studio allows marketers to come in and build a campaign with personalization in 10 minutes.”
Personalization Studio is built on top of Treasure AI’s customer data foundation, combining batch profile data — audiences, loyalty status, purchase history — with real-time behavioral signals to deliver sub-second personalized experiences.
New pricing models for the AI age
Many martech vendors are re-thinking their pricing models as AI works its way into their platforms. HubSpot recently launched a new pricing model for new customers in the EMEA region. Salesforce’s pricing model for Agentforce has evolved since its debut.
Treasure AI is introducing a new engagement-based pricing model that ties email costs to customer actions, such as clicks, rather than the number of messages sent.
Flores told MarTech that engagement pricing is essentially a bet on Treasure AI and its ability to deliver better outcomes because of the intelligence it provides to its customers.
“We’re betting on the click-through rate,” he said.
