Braze is expanding its AI lineup with three new tools designed to integrate deeply into daily workflows and reduce the technical barriers that slow teams down.

The customer engagement platform announced BrazeAI Decisioning Studio Go, Agentic Standards, and Operator Connect at its Forge conference in Las Vegas. Together, Braze expects these tools give marketers direct access to individualized decisioning, automated compliance checks, and fluid connections to external AI environments like Claude.

As marketing technology continues to shift toward agents that take direct action within platforms, Braze and other vendors in the martech space continue to unveil tools to help teams focus less on repetitive execution and more on driving strategic growth.

## Braze brings AI decisioning to more marketing workflows

BrazeAI Decisioning Studio Go offers a streamlined, self-service path to advanced AI decisioning.

Braze already offers enterprise-tier its Decisioning Studio Pro, which uses reinforcement learning to determine the next best action for customers, but its deployment often requires dedicated data science and engineering capacity.

Decisioning Studio Go lowers that barrier, enabling teams to scale personalized journeys independently.

“You can think of it as a lighter version of AI decisioning that democratizes access,” George Khachatryan, who leads product management for Braze’s AI Decisioning Studio line, told MarTech. “Way more companies can put decisioning into practice, and teams can apply it across significantly more journeys.”

The initial release targets email performance, optimizing for click-through rates. Marketers set up core variables — creative variations, subject lines, CTAs, imagery, and send-time parameters. The AI calculates optimal combinations for every individual recipient and refines its approach based on real-time engagement data.

For example, a single campaign with eight base emails, 25 subject lines, 10 CTAs, and five images yields hundreds of thousands of possible variations. The system handles that complexity instantly, learning and adjusting continuously post-launch.

Decisioning Studio Go is currently in beta and moves to general availability on Oct. 14, 2026.

## AI agents take on campaign QA and compliance

Braze also announced Agentic Standards, which will also be in general availability this October.

The product delegates time-intensive quality assurance to autonomous agents powered by LLMs. Manual QA routines, such as checking links, verifying audience logic, and reviewing creative against brand standards, consume significant bandwidth that could otherwise go toward strategic work.

Agentic Standards gives teams a faster, reliable way to protect campaign quality without burning out their team members. Marketers define the organizational rules, including brand standards, accessibility checks, and regulatory compliance requirements.

The AI agent audits the entire journey against those guidelines, provides a clear audit log of its findings, and can automatically execute necessary corrections.

This shifts AI from a simple asset generator to an intelligent partner that manages backend review workflows, preserving brand consistency across complex user journeys.

## Operator Connect integrates into your preferred AI workspace

The final update, Operator Connect, opens up Braze’s native AI assistant to work outside the standard platform UI.

The embedded Operator assistant understands the platform’s underlying logic and account configurations. It helps users configure campaigns, build predictive models, and answer technical setup questions. Operator Connect uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to bring those same actions into external environments.

“Operator Connect is our headless version of Operator,” Khachatryan said. “It brings Braze’s platform capabilities into the primary workspaces marketers already use.”

A marketer drafting a campaign brief in Claude, for example, can instruct the assistant via Operator Connect to build the campaign structure directly inside Braze. The system automatically sets up the creative and copy elements, leaving the marketer free to jump into the dashboard for final review and approval.

This setup offers flexibility across varied team preferences. Marketers who prefer the Braze dashboard can remain there, while those working with external assistants can execute tasks without switching contexts.
